FINALLY! We are on the right track again:)

So here we go again:) I am pregnant again....YIPPEE! After my miscarriage at 9 1/2 weeks along I was told I would have to wait another year to start trying again....It all started a couple days after my miscarriage.  I went to the Dr for an exam and so that they could check my hormone level, being serious  the Dr. said he wanted to talk to me...He then told me that I had something rare. When they tested a piece of tissue sample that was collected in the ER during my miscarriage the pathologist came to the conclusion that I had a partial molar pregnancy.  I had never heard of this.....I was in shock.  I never thought that of all people I would have a problem with having a baby especially since I had Eden with no problem.  I was so upset and just didn't understand...That is when I decided that I needed to do some research.

When researching I just didn't think I fit into "THAT" profile. It bothered me so much I discussed this with my Dr. every time I had to go and see him...which was every single week along with blood work...this was getting out of hand.  One and half weeks before Thanksgiving my Dr. called me at home and said that he had talked to his colleagues and they had decided that we should not try again for a year and that having a partial molar pregnancy was dangerous to myself if I did get pregnant and could cause cancer.....CANCER...come on...I was so upset now.  I asked him how he could just call me and tell me this when I didn't even fit the profile.  Crying...I told him that I wanted further testing, second opinion ANYTHING.  He agreed with me and decided to talk to the pathologist and to send my sample and ultrasound to U of M.  He told me that he would get back to me as soon as he got the results. A week later I got "THE PHONE CALL."  I answered the phone and listened to him tell me that it was reviewed at U of M and that they found that it was just a normal miscarriage....This was music to my ears.

After having the miscarriage it has made me realize that every life is a gift from God and to never take having children for granted.  I am so thankful for my healthy baby girl and I don't know what I would do if anything would happen to her...I love her and thank God everyday for my little princess.  We don't know what the sex of the baby that I lost but I do know that I will get to have my baby up in heaven and that makes me more excited to be there.

So here we are again...starting over....praying that this baby will be healthy and happy.  Please pray that everything goes well with this pregnancy.  I know that God won't give us anything that we can't handle!

***Eden's Birthday was last week so I will be posting pictures soon***

My PROUD Mommy Moment!

I have to say that I have the smartest little girl in the whole wide world! I am not being bias or anything...I am just stating a fact. Ever since Eden was little I have always taught her to put away her toys after she is done playing with them. She has not always willingly done this.
She was playing in my room while I was getting ready and was kind of whiny....she had a few toys laying around my room and in her playroom. But I figured I would just pick them up because it takes me a shorter time to clean up and I was in a hurry.
She loves watching her Praise Baby DVD and I had asked her if She would like to watch it while I got ready.  I start walking out to the living room thinking she was following me but turned around to see she wasn't.  I heard some noises coming out of her playroom thinking that she didn't understand what I had told her...so I walked back to the room to notice that she was picking up all her toys.  I was so excited. She knew that if she picked up all her toys that she would be able to watch her movie...I never even mentioned it to her to clean up like I would normally do. I was in shock! I had such pride in my daughter at that moment that I had done something right.  She was so excited that I was excited...we clapped and gave hugs and kisses:)
I know never to expect it out of her again but it made me so proud of her...I Love her so much! What an amazing little girl!

Where Has The Time Gone!

It's crazy..I can't believe that the last time I wrote was in February. I guess after having Eden I got so caught up with her I just didn't have the time to sit and blog. In case no one knew, I had Eden Janielle Cischke March 2nd. She was a week early but I was more than ready to have her out...if I only would of known;) I might of just kept her in. j/k. It was an experience that I will never forget even though so many mothers say you will forget the pain...I BEG TO DIFFER. It was the worse pain I have ever had in my entire life and I choose not to do it again any time soon. I had an all natural delivery with only Stadol which only took a slight edge off. Eden was a whopping 8 lbs 7 oz of pure love. I pushed for 2 hours. I was exhausted...but in the end I had a beautiful little girl that now I can't keep my hands and lips off from with all those amazing rolls.

It was a rough start due to the fact that while I was having Eden our Dodge Ram got stolen at the hospital, but not just the truck but the car seat and diaper bag with all of it contents. It definitely was not a day that I will ever..EVER forget;) They ended up finding the truck a week later downtown Detroit stripped...The insurance chose to pay almost $10,000 to fix it back up.

It is so hard to believe that Eden has been in this world for over 5 months now. She has changed so much and is doing many new and exciting things everyday. She is sitting up on her own even though she does get a little tipsy at times. She started rolling over a few weeks ago. Overall, I wouldn't change anything...well maybe somethings....but I love her so much and am glad she is part of our family
The day Eden was born

She gets cuter and cuter every day:)

STARTING EDEN'S ROOM!!!!

My sister has this dying urge to decorate everything in site. So has been wanting to do Eden's room for a long time now but I didn't know exactly what I wanted until a couple weeks ago. I just wasn't happy with any of Babies R Us bedding so I went to Pottery Barn and found exactly what I wanted. It is so beautiful. Before the bedding can go in Janielle painted the room for me but we still have to put up the chair rail. Dave put up a chandelier with pink little jewels. It is going to be such a princess room. I will take more pics when things get a little more finished. It is just exciting she could come in just a few weeks. We can't wait to meet her.
